The film tells the story of how the Korean People’s Army receives warning that US paratroops will be dropped in an area of key importance . A determined KPA commander Choe Il Bom forms a special unit , an unattached unit , consisting of members of other KPA units and civilians including a bookkeeper and a local Party instructor .
