Anniversary of the order for the final offensive to liberate Korea from Japanese imperialist rule

80 years ago today , on the 9th of August 1945 , President KIM IL SUNG ordered units of the Korean People’s Revolutionary Army to go over to the final offensive to liberate Korea from Japanese colonial rule .

President KIM IL SUNG said “all the officers and men of the KPRA shall be committed to the final battle to destroy and drive out the Japanese  imperialist aggressors completely from our homeland ” .

The order of President KIM IL SUNG concluded with the words ” Let us all march forward to the final victor in the war against the Japanese  ! “
