The Korean revolution has won victory after victory braving all trials of history, which is unthinkable apart from the wise leadership of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK).
The WPK boasts of a great origin and succession. The glorious history of its founding and revolutionary leadership are deeply engraved with the immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, the founder and the leader of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
During the course of waging a bloody struggle for national liberation, President Kim Il Sung paved the original path for building a revolutionary Party and accomplished the historic cause of founding the Party. He thus provided a solid cornerstone for the permanent existence and victorious development of the Party.
At a critical time when we witnessed in the international arena acute struggles between progress and reaction, the revolution and counter-revolution, and when the socialist cause and the cause of global independence faced grave challenges posed by the imperialists, Chairman Kim Jong Il made public the immortal work entitled “The Workers’ Party of Korea Organizes and Guides All the Victories of Our People” where he clearly indicated the orientation and ways for further development of the Party into an invincible and genuine people’s Party leading the cause of independence and socialism of the popular masses to victory.
With an insight into the position and role of the Party in the revolutionary struggle and construction, he developed the WPK founded by President Kim Il Sung into a seasoned and militant Party that always guides the people to victory through any hardship and ordeal and into a sophisticated general political staff of the Korean revolution that enjoys the absolute trust of the entire people.
Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un ushered in the great heyday of strengthening the whole Party with his extraordinary political ability and energetic leadership. He remarkably strengthened the leadership ability of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the organizer and guide of all victories of our people, to unfold a great era of transformation on this land.
Under the leadership of the WPK, the DPRK has greeted a new transformative era of overall rejuvenation. Her appearance changes every day in both the capital city and provinces, and all fields of socialist construction including politics, national defense, the economy and culture have developed simultaneously, fully demonstrating the national dignity and might on the highest level.
Upholding the leadership of the Workers’ Party of Korea and rallied more firmly behind respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, our people will surely emerge victorious in the struggle to usher in a new era of overall state development.
