Art Performance Given to Commemorate First Session of 15th SPA of DPRK

 

Pyongyang, March 24 (KCNA) — Now that the whole country is brimming with the great glory and joy of holding Comrade Kim Jong Un, the outstanding leader of the Juche revolution, in high esteem again as head of state of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, a performance was given by artistes to celebrate the successful First Session of the 15th Supreme People’s Assembly on March 23.

The venue for the art performance at the foot of Mansu Hill was filled with joy and pride of the people who are firmly convinced of the bright future of the country, to be more prosperous and thriving, as they held Comrade Kim Jong Un, who is vigorously opening up a new heyday of comprehensive development, leading socialist Korea to a brilliant victory under the uplifted banner of the people-first principle, in high esteem as the top leader of the Republic.

When Comrade Kim Jong Un came out to the venue together with the deputies to the 15th SPA, all the audiences and performers broke into stormy cheers as a token of their highest tribute and glory to him, the top representative of our dignified Party, state and people and the banner of all victories and glory.

Among the audiences were the participants in the First Session of the 15th SPA, officials of ministries and national agencies, citizens and youths and students in Pyongyang.

Put on the stage of the performance, which began with the female group singing and chorus “Do Prosper, My Motherland”, were the masterpieces on the theme of patriotism reflecting the all-people thoughts and feelings to love and glorify their country, the most beautiful and greatest motherland, all their lives.

The audiences were filled with great excitement and pride by the numbers vividly reflecting the spirit, mettle and pride of Korea, where all the people across the country are dynamically advancing along the only road of socialism toward the bright future of comprehensive national prosperity, sharing their destiny with their country, along with the era of gigantic transformation when the great revolutionary ideology and ideal have become the immortal banner leading the times and are shining as the signpost of struggle.

The performance ended with the solemn playing of the national anthem of the DPRK. It hardened the firm faith that our country will prosper forever as it is led by Comrade Kim Jong Un, the dear father of our people who represents the great strength of socialist Korea, and the unshakable will to remain faithful to him, entrusting all their destiny and future to him.

When the performance ended, stormy cheers of “Hurrah!” went up again.

Expressing deep thanks to the performers for representing the warm and invariable support for the DPRK government through an excellent performance, Comrade Kim Jong Un warmly waved back to the cheering crowds.

The performance further enhanced the high spirit, patriotism and revolutionary enthusiasm of our people to build a socialist paradise, where all dreams and ideals are brought into full bloom, on this land, remaining single-mindedly loyal to his leadership. -0-
