Amidst the warmth of spring, the DPRK is brimming over with a festive atmosphere with the third housewarming celebrations taking place in the Hwasong area of the capital city of Pyongyang.
Everyone in the country responds to the news about the housewarming with a mix of laughter, tears and festivity. People from all social strata moving into new homes voice out their emotions in ecstatic joy of coming into a new street and a new home built as the third-stage 10,000 flats project in the Hwasong area. Deeply touched by the love of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, they are expressing admiration and gratitude.
Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, deeply concerned about the housing problem in Pyongyang saw to it that the third-stage area of Hwasong is transformed into a beautiful modern urban section boasting of the highest civilization after the completion of the first and second stages. He gave energetic guidance to this grand project by putting forward the ways and means for its completion.
Thanks to his leadership and deep attention, the project was completed in no more than a year. Thus, Pyongyang could witness the inauguration ceremony of the third stage of building 10,000 flats in the Hwasong area on the birthday of President Kim Il Sung in 2025, the 4th year of the capital city construction plan.
