This meeting fully supports the historic policy speech of respected Marshal KIM JONG UN , president of state affairs of the DPRK , made to the Supreme People’s Assembly of the DPRK on 8th of September and also supports the DPRK ‘s adoption of the Law on the State policy on nuclear forces .
The aggressive , reactionary and predatory nature of US imperialism cannot change and the hostile policy of the US towards the DPRK remains unchanged regardless of whoever sits in the White House . Moreover , the US poses a nuclear threat to the DPRK and continually carries out war exercises in south Korea which threaten the DPRK .
Given this situation is it only just that the DPRK should take state measures to enhance its nuclear force whilst reserving the right of a pre-emptive strike against its enemies.
By declaring the irreversible nature of its nuclear status , the DPRK has dealt a telling bow against those who try to trick the DPRK into unilateral disarmament and open the way for the overthrow of the socialist system in the DPRK .
Therefore we strongly support and applaud the historic policy speech of respected Marshal KIM JONG UN and the adoption of the law on state policy of the nuclear force.
