Today , the 13th of November , is the 25th anniversary of the foundation of the Korean Friendship Association by comrade Alejandro Cao De Benos. It was on the 13th of November 2000 that comrade Alejandro founded the Korean Friendship Association (KFA ) in the city of Granada , Spain .
The purpose of the foundation of the KFA back in November 2000 was to provide a voice for People’s Korea , to act as a the sword and shield of People’s Korea in the Western world . In those days there was not a single page with DPRK official information but just fake propaganda from the CIA World Fact Book and the south Korean puppet regime. President Cao de Benos decided to change that situation and requested permission from the DPRK to build the first ever page with direct connection with the country. That is how the website korea-dpr.com was created.
Since its formation KFA has unswervingly defended People’s Korea against imperialist propaganda and done its best to spread the truth about People’s Korea .
Although many hostile forces of one kind or another desperately tried to check the growth of KFA and to sabotage KFA by using dirty tricks , KFA has grown to have members from all corners of the globe organised in many different national branches including the UK branch .
