Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Sends Message of Sympathy to Cuban President

Pyongyang, May 9 (KCNA) — Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Saturday sent a message of sympathy to Miguel Mario Diaz-Canel Bermudez, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and president of the Republic of Cuba.

In the message, Kim Jong Un expressed deep sympathy to the first secretary and the Cuban party, government and people as well as to the victims and bereaved families, upon the sad news that an unexpected gas explosion at a hotel in Havana claimed big human losses.

He sincerely hoped that the fraternal Cuban people would smash the hostile forces’ move for building up sinister opinion over the accident and remove the aftereffect of the damage as soon as possible under the guidance of the Communist Party of Cuba led by the first secretary and that the bereaved families would lead a stabilized life, overcoming sorrow. -0- (Juche111.5.9.)
